Is my employer being fair with my hours and pay? ANY HELP?

From what I am reading you are getting worked like an hourly employee and not getting paid as such. he cannot make you be there unless he is paying you for it, which he is not. Because he is not paying you, you are at your own free will to come and go as you please. think you got a really bum deal, and not only that, it is illegal.
