Lawyers and Cops PLEASE help me!!?

I was accros the street from my house fiing somthing i was drivin a work car with amber strobe lights the cop stoped by asked to see my ID i said i was just 15 hadent got my licencess but i was hoping it wasnt a problum since i was just across the street from our land he said that it was fine so i did and iu asked him if the lights were ok he said they were fine so all was good and i went home and he left 2hrs later he pulled up with a sergent and started telling my parents how i cant be on the road and how the lights are impersonateing a police officer and for some reason he was really pissed they left and said this is just a worning but they really scarred me i have alot to loose and they were really agressive and threatining PLEASE tell me if they can come back and charge me even when he said all he said
