Can someone please sum this up for me?

It's a scam so don't respond to it. You can find the header on it and send the whole thing to the FBI. But I suggest you just delete it. Any more you get like that you can delete it also, as well as any lottery winning emails you get or any others asking you for money. When people respond to these kinds of emails they usually get taken and then end up in jail. So it's best to avoid contact. They probably just bought a list of emails and are trying to see if you'll be dumb enough to help them. We know you're smart enough not to respond.
