How can I make videos with only two people?

I'm really big into Video Production (music videos, webisodes, shorts, etc.) and have been looking into taking it up again. I went to a college course over the summer with ample resources and people, but now I only have a camera, Final Cut Express, and one friend to help me. We are really stuck on what we should make, or where to even begin... any ideas on where to start? Thanks.
