Lethal guinea pig!! Help how do i look after him?

I have a 3 day old lethal guinea pig. He is blind deaf and has missing teeth, but i hand feed him on kitten milk. Although i wipe his bottom, i have not seen any droppings or urine. Could his gut be blocked? What kind of gut problems do lethal guinea pigs get? What should i feed him on? And as he gets older how can we asure that he gets enough nutrients? Are his possible gut problems curable? He is still with his mother but he gets the milk for kittens aswell because he doesn't get as much chance to suckle as the other baby because he is blind and can't always find a nipple and the other healthy baby gets in first.
