My computer isn't working. Help?

If reinstalling doesn't work you likely have a mother board or hard drive failure. repeated power failure is a common cause of both.if you have another computer handy put the hard drive it the spare and see if you can boot the computer. if not you likely have a hard drive problem. if you can you might have a mother board problem.
