How do i prove my argument without seeming over dramatic?

ok..now do this..next time, try telling them how you FEEL about smth..you might be right or wrong..but if you express yourself somewhat calmy and say here are teh reasons why i think this....they will listen to you and either politely agree wiht you or give advice..it is your family..dont hate them..you need their support, thats normal..so, next time express yourself..and dont lash out at them..
