Will a 300zx turbo fit on my 98 maxima?

i have a 98 maxima that has the same engine as the 300zx vq30de, and i found a used full turbo kit for a 300zx for $300. i want to get it but i was wondering if it will fit on my maxima. hp is not alot. its going to raise hp to about 300-350. anyone know if it will fit? im not up for modding to fit it. id rather not get it if i have to mod.
