What should I do with this story?

I'm impressed with your stamina. I would never be able to write the same story for so long. I've never read the Redwall books, but if you think it's too similar, then try and add a couple unique elements to it. I can't give you any suggestions just because I don't have enough background with your work or Brian Jacques, but there is definitely a way to make it your own. Sorry for being so vague. I hoped this helped. If you really want to be a fantasy author, then go for it!
